Our Fall Schedule includes a full array of nine-month classes including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Pointe, Modern, Ballet Technique, Hip-Hop, and Musical Theater. Divisions and course offerings are as follows: KINDERDANCE: A program designed to help children develop a fondness for dance. Pre-school students ages 3-4 study Ballet,Tap & Tumbling and perform one dance in our recital. Children must be 3 years old by October 31st.
MINI: 1st & 2nd graders may choose one hour classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz or Hip Hop. PRIMARY LEVEL: 3rd, 4th & 5th graders will enjoy choosing one hour classes in each of their favorite subjects. Students may choose from Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical or Hip-Hop. JUNIOR LEVEL: 6th, 7th & 8th graders may select one hour classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical or Hip-Hop. We also offer Ballet Technique, Modern and Pointe for advanced students.
STUDENT TEACHER PROGRAM: Students in 8th grade & up may apply to participate in our student teacher program.
SUMMER 2011 Kinderdance - Our Kinderdance course for ages 3 & 4 is designed to help your child develop a fondness for dance. The songs we sing, the steps we teach, and the exercises we do are all geared toward the pre-school learning level. Monday-Friday, August 1st - 5th 10:00 am -11:00 am Cost - $65.00 / week Grades K - 2 - Our Combo Class for students entering grades K - 2 will teach children the fundamentals of Ballet, Tap & Jazz. Students will need Ballet or Jazz shoes and Tap shoes. We will be happy to loan your child Tap shoes if she or he does not have them. Dance Center proudly offers a wide variety of fun and educational
dance programs for all ages. Our goal is to challenge all students
and accelerate their progress. Students are placed in classes based
upon age, ability and experience; and any previous training is taken
into consideration. Our wide selection of classes will offer all
students, from beginner through advanced, a positive learning experience.
COMBO: A fun and educational course specifically designed for children
in Kindergarten. We offer one hour combination classes in Ballet & Tap, Ballet & Jazz, or Tap & Jazz.
SENIOR
LEVEL: 9th through 12th graders can study Ballet, Tap, Jazz,
Lyrical or Hip-Hop. Ballet Technique, Modern and Pointe are offered for advanced students.
